Nia is a low-impact, barefoot cardio-dance workout combining 52 simple moves and movements from the dance arts, healing arts, and martial arts that inspires people to get healthy and fit while having FUN!
Set to an amazing variety of music, Nia is designed to build and increase flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability while providing safe and effective whole-body conditioning adaptable for every Body of any fitness level.
Nia teaches body literacy and awareness through a system that aims to create sustainability in the body and sets your dancer spirit free!
Naomi Scher, a Nia Black Belt Instructor blends her lifelong study and practice of movement, dance, and the healing arts with the balanced beauty of Nia, offering an inspiring and joyous full Body experience.
