March 22: Do The Hustle!

Break out the polyester and sequins as Jeannette Baker returns to teach us the Hustle. Hustle, an American dance believed to have originated in New York, is a great dance to impress your friends within 30 seconds or less. The Hustle can be danced to contemporary pop music as well as those good old disco faves! It is a fast, smooth, dance with follows moving and spinning, while the lead draws them close and sends them away. The dance is designed to be highly dynamic, flashy and powerful. Get out your Saturday Night Fever vinyls as we revisit a “Disco Inferno” of expansive moves!
