April 4: Disco Dance with Richard Powers

NW Dance Network is noted for its live-music dances scheduled most first and third Saturdays of each month.  But this Saturday night we are enthusiastically hosting Richard Powers and Sean Donovan as DJs.  Richard Powers is leading the Dance Vision 2020 workshop this weekend, and Saturday night will be Disco night and so much more.  Powers is a dance historian and instructor in Social Dance at Stanford University. In addition to Disco, expect some eclectic music for Swing, Waltz, and One Step. Sean “Gatorboy” Donovan will finish up the night with a variety of Swing, Blues, and Zydeco.

Disco era dress will be appreciated.
